1.There are two types of proximity switches, flush and non-flush. If the mounting bracket is made of metal, the shell of the non-flush switch must be exposed to a certain length during installation. For flush installation, no exposure or only a small amount of exposure is required. If installed side by side, There must be a certain interval between the switches. The specific interval is subject to no interference after installation. If the mounting bracket is non-metal, then there is no installation limit on the distance to find the object.
2.The factory inspection standard of the inductive proximity switch is a 1mm thick square Fe37 iron sheet. The detection distance in actual application will vary with the material of the object to be tested.
3.Capacitive proximity switches can detect almost all objects with static electricity. The detection distance of the product will be affected by the thickness, size, conductivity, and surface flatness of the detected object. The thicker the detected object, the larger the size. The stronger the conductivity, the smoother the surface, the easier it is to detect, and the longer the detection distance.
